From the moment I walked in with my mom, we were greeted by Slayter, who was friendly, welcoming, and helpful right away. He took the time to gather all of the important details to make sure he recommended by Slayter, who was friendly, welcoming, and helpful right away. He took the time to gather all of the important details to make sure he recommended the right car for me that truly checked all of my boxes. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly hospitable, constantly making sure we had something to drink or snack on while we waited and toured the lot. I was even offered my choice of a portable water bottle, which was such a thoughtful touch and it now matches my new car perfectly! Multiple employees stopped by throughout the process to introduce themselves and make sure we were being taken care of. Everything was explained thoroughly, and there was a strong attention to detail when helping me pick out my new car. Slayter made sure I felt confident and happy with my decision, and the rest of the staff reinforced that same level of care and support. The entire experience felt genuine and customer-focused. It truly seemed like everyone wanted what was best for me and went above and beyond to deliver high-quality service.
