This dealer’s service department is amazing! I used to go to another gm dealer and when my newer truck broke down that other dealer was absolutely no help when I called, actually borderline rude I used to go to another gm dealer and when my newer truck broke down that other dealer was absolutely no help when I called, actually borderline rude. Spitzer gmc went above and beyond and helped me in every way they could. Their communication was also excellent throughout the service of my truck. They are friendly and excellent. I will absolutely continue to come here and not only for service but for my next purchase because of their service team. More

I had a tire sensor replaced for the second time this year. I was told it should be under warranty then I was told it would cost me $199. I waited 3 1/2 hours which was ridiculous since I’ve had it repla year. I was told it should be under warranty then I was told it would cost me $199. I waited 3 1/2 hours which was ridiculous since I’ve had it replaced before and had other work done it took maybe 1 1/2 hours. I was also told that the part they took off wasn’t a GMC part and I told them that you are the only ones who work on my vehicle so I don’t know where the part came from. Then when the vehicle was done I was told there is no charge. Well I won’t be bringing my vehicle back to you again. More
