kept me waiting i went in for an oil change and some recall work. the service person wrote down my cell phone number and said would call when the work was done. i s i went in for an oil change and some recall work. the service person wrote down my cell phone number and said would call when the work was done. i sat in the waiting room 4 hours and couldn't take it any more and went back to check on my car. my service person was not there. no one was there except for one person. i asked if my car was finished and he looked up my paperwork and said my car was ready. later i learned that the service tech phoned my wife's phone instead of mine to say the car was ready. i estimate that i sat around an extra two hours because this idiot called the wrong phone number. this is the last time i go to metro toyota for anything. More

Leaving me with the responsibility of one year of maintenance on a vehicle that will be in the possession of th maintenance is limited to two years.
