I set up my first scheduled maintenance with Sam in the Sales Department. Metro Toyota reminded me to schedule my 5k service, reminded me before the date, and completed the service in less time than I was Sales Department. What I like best about this service department is that they keep you in the loop regarding what the mechanic is seeing as the service is being completed.
