They did see me at 11:00am today but when I arrived I was asked why I was there and did I ever have my call serviced there before. I was also asked what was the year of my car. When I had my car serviced last week I told you that I had my car serviced there at least 3 times before because items on my car was loose and were going to fall off. This time I reported a small piece of plastic that covered the bolt that holds the passenger side mirror had come off and was missing. I was told that that was not covered by my warrantee and was charged $26.00 to replace it. Considering my past problems with items coming loose, I thought that you would have covered this as a customer curtesy. More

New car purchase brought in 3 times for loud breaks I purchased my new car 7/2018 . I have brought car in 3 times in the short time I have had the car for load breaks. Now 6 months later still making the noise, very embarrassing driving a new car and the breaks are loud enough to wake the neighbor leaving in the mornings. Told first visit is moisturizer on the breaks and last visit rust on the rotors will go away after it wears down.
