I had bought my Ford edge brand new from Palm Coast Ford back in 2014. I have been going to Kia since then to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I just want to say how helpful the staff is at kia Dela back in 2014. I have been going to Kia since then to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I just want to say how helpful the staff is at kia Deland. They in every department go over and beyond to help the customers I’m not only encountered it, but I’ve seen them helping other elderly customers with kindness. I’m grateful for our DeLand Kia. would have only been 1 star but the free nachos gave them another star. Appointment was schedule over a week in advance was there 10 mins early but it took 2,5 hrs for a scheduled oil change. this is what h another star. Appointment was schedule over a week in advance was there 10 mins early but it took 2,5 hrs for a scheduled oil change. this is what happens when they include free oil changes with purchase. your time is not important. you get what you pay for, I bought the vehicle in may of last year and 5 months after purchase the transmission was no good. $3600 later the least they could do is get me in and out on a scheduled oil change!!! I will never recommend or buy another vehicle from this dealership even though its not their fault with used vehicles. they made no effort at all to make the situation right!! More

Great staff just a very long wait of 2 hours at least in the waiting area even with a 8:30 am appt.- maybe Friday morning was not a good choice.
