We had been communicating b Arrived at 6 pm on Wednesday evening to meet with Basel who had helped me 3 years ago with my first lease, a 2014 Sonata. We had been communicating by email and text now that my lease was up. However, I had forgotten what he looked like, so when I walked by Frank at the service entrance, I mistakenly thought he was Basel and we started talking. I told him I was here for my appointment to look at replacing my vehicle. After sitting me down and speaking for a few minutes we went to look at a few of the Elantras. He had told me about the many new features available. Just when we were getting ready to go on a test drive, Basel walked up and asked, "Did you get my text?". When I looked at my phone, the text read "Are you able to come tonight?". I had been there 30 minutes already with Frank. The situation was a little awkward, I was a little embarrassed about the mistaken identity, but they were professional about it and Basel took over the search with me. He was very knowledgeable and intuitive about what I might like to look at and we went on a few test drives. After the test drives, it came down to the dollars. Rob (David Letterman look alike) worked diligently to work up a deal I was satisfied with. We finally shook on it and started the signing process. By then it was close to 8:30 pm. Dominick quickly got the paperwork in order and I was out the door at 9 pm, excited that I would be back on Friday to pick up my new Galactic Gray (love the name of the color - I'm a Trekkie) 2017 Elantra Limited. More
