We actually live in Destin, so it is about an hour and fift This is our second time buying a brand new Hyundai from Allen Turner Hyundai in Pensacola. We actually live in Destin, so it is about an hour and fifteen minute drive for us to come to this dealership. It is worth the trip because of the way we get treated when we come. Everybody that approach us does it with a smile and a hello. We actually came over to only test drive a Santa Fe, we never expected to leave the same day with our brand new 2017 Santa Fe Sport! We first met Rob Clarkson who was extremely nice, he introduced us to Troy Cox, our Sales Consultant. Troy was very patient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him. He never made us feel like we were being pressured into buying a car and I really believe that is why we ended up driving away with one. Dominick Haymon took care of the final paper work and we appreciated him getting us through it quickly. Hands down you have the Best Service Department, we brought our first car a Hyundai Sonata in for all maintenance when it was needed! Thank you for having such a great waiting area! Extremely Rude Finance Manager- Should be 0 stars option I found the exact car/price I wanted online. Rode over to Allen Turner Hyundai on Saturday morning. I did not want to negotiate price OR finance. J I found the exact car/price I wanted online. Rode over to Allen Turner Hyundai on Saturday morning. I did not want to negotiate price OR finance. Just wanted a very simple in and out transaction. I just wanted to write the check and leave planning to be there no more than an hour. I don't know what the purpose of delaying people for hours on end is, but by the time they tossed me around to different managers and employees I was irritated. I had been there almost FOUR hours to just write a check and leave. The last person they sent in was Dominick Haymon. He asked that I follow him to his office. Frustrated, I asked how long it was going to take this time....saying that I was exhausted from the whole ordeal. Mr. Haymon turned on his heel and said OK and went back to his office. That was it....no car, no anything. He literally turned his back on me and walked off. So I picked up my purse and left. About 20 minutes later the very kind, and most apologetic salesman (Frank Trommelen) called me on my cell. I was well on my way home back to Alabama. Mr. Trommelen ended up driving the new car all the way to me (followed by another salesman) and I signed the paperwork and wrote him a check in the truck stop. I kid you not...in a truckstop!!! That dealership has NO culture for dealing with people that just want to buy a car - not finance a car, not be upsold on warranties or pinstripes, etc. I just wanted to buy a car. It should NOT be that complicated. The salesman was wonderful, however the Finance manger (that I didn't even want!) was truly a nightmare. Allen Turner Hyundai should be ashamed that Mr. Haymon is the face of their company. More
