Unfortunately the day that I could come in to purchase he could not be in so he set me up with Yanet. Yanet was incredible. Not only did she help me by extensively explaining my paperwork but she brought me to my car and taught me all about it. She honestly treated me like a best friend rather than a client. She also stayed extremely late (financing took a while) in order to make sure everything was all set for me and my new car before I drove off the lot. She was so helpful and I'm so glad I worked with her. I also worked with Nancy in financing who was great. She made sure I was aware of all the options I had and did her best to make sure I was covered with the best warranties I could afford. She was also very patient and extremely knowledgeable and kind. Dominique Vattuone is a great salesman to work with! Dominique reached out to me after i submitted my request through Truecar.com for a Civic EX-T and he was a great guy to work with. He was honest and Dominique reached out to me after i submitted my request through Truecar.com for a Civic EX-T and he was a great guy to work with. He was honest and upfront with us the entire time and i never felt pressured into purchasing anything with him, even though it was my first time purchasing a car. He was happy to explain everything to me and really showed us the special features of the car. He also made sure to walk me through everything more in depth after the purchase and helped me set up the connection to my phone. Both times I showed up, it was a walk-in and he did not seem hassled by that at all. He did all he could to work with us to get the cost down and never pushed any extras onto us. If you need to work with anyone, I highly suggest Dominique! For the financing, i worked with Jessica and she was also a pleasure to work with. She helped calculate my monthly costs and found what discounts she could for me. In terms of the extended warranties, she never pressured us into purchasing anything extra and suggested the best options at the lowest cost. She also took my life stage/finance situation into account to help me decide which option would be the best for me. I had read some horror stories about this dealership through review sites but again, both people never pressured me into anything, they just showed what was available and if I was interested, they'd give more details. Otherwise it was a simple "no" and move on, even when i was on the borderline of adding something. They told the truth to questions I already knew the answer to and I never felt like i was being ripped off or scammed out of my money and they truly made me feel like they had my best interest in mind. Next time decide to buy a Honda, I will definitely be reaching out to Dominique :) More
