I was hit head on by a drunk driver and I do believe my Honda Accord saved my life. This is my third Honda Accord that I have purchased from Criswell. The two salesman I had were excellent. The young salesman Carlos it was his first day on the floor and he was so professional and very very helpful, and his mentor Dominque those two gentlemen treated me like a Queen, I am so grateful they were the ones to help me drive off the lot with a brand new 2017 Honda Accord Sport Special Edition. I will always purchase from Criswell Honda, the experience is always a wonderful one. Every department at Criswell in Germantown are exceptional. I will always tell my family and friends you need to go to Criswell to purchase a new or use vehicle. I had to come back and get the same car because it made me fill safe and want to drive again. I can't say thank you enough to Carlos and Dominique for making my third experience just like the first time I walk through the door to buy my first car. Also I feel so happy that I was Carlos first sale. He will do and excellent job, he has a great mentor. I am truly grateful and humble by my experiences and Criswell Honda in Germantown. Thank you Carlos and Dominique. Also thank you to Andy Russo he was exceptional when I had to sign all those papers, he explained everything that I needed to know.
