As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous. It took quite a long time to make up my mind about which car was right for me. Dominique, Sean, and other Honda staff stayed over an hour after close to make quite a long time to make up my mind about which car was right for me. I came back the next day and received a complete bumper to bumper tour of my new 2013 Accord Coupe. I even found the tiniest of scratches, which they fixed immediately. They are passionate about their product and look after their customers. Almost 3 weeks later, and I could not be happier. Those few hours spent after close with those employees made all of the difference as I intend to keep this car for many years to come! Dominique is incredibly friendly and honest, truly a friend now! Great over all experience. I was given the price online and when asked about the trade-in, I was not promised anything and was told they will look at the car and see if they can meet what Carmax had offere and when asked about the trade-in, I was not promised anything and was told they will look at the car and see if they can meet what Carmax had offered. At the dealership, there were no surprises. Everything was exactly the same as promised via email and the whole process was not painful. There was some push to purchase extended warranty but then the price of the warranty was very reasonable and nothing crazy. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More

I feel that he and the sales manager, Esteban Mesa, gave me a fair price on the vehicle, based on the research I'd done; and compared with other dealerships in the area. The finance specialist, Jessica Baum, was also very friendly and patient as we went through the paperwork. I would recommend Criswell Honda to friends and family looking to purchase a new vehicle. Tiffany and Dominique were incredibly knwledgeable about the Odyssey Van and took the time and care to walk us through all the features of the Touring model. We wanted a scarce black 2013 Accord. Other nearby dealers tried to steer us to other colors, were not forthcoming with price, and routinely load their cars down with expensive & unwanted dealer-insta dealers tried to steer us to other colors, were not forthcoming with price, and routinely load their cars down with expensive & unwanted dealer-installed options (decals, nitrogen inflated tires). Criswell with Dominique Vattuone was a breath of fresh air. Excellent price quoted up front, and willing to get us the car we wanted. We were grateful to be treated with respect. Criswell seems to have a different business model than others: earn business with good service and value, rather than bullying customers into buying something they don't want. More
