This dealer has the best employees that any dealer can have. The top sales rep in my opinion is Dominique Vattuone. This is my first Honda and I'm loving it. Also Jessica Baum, what can i say she worked with me and my family to get the best price and made the process so easy and explained every little thing with detail and helped us understand what we were getting and how everything worked. I love this place and if GOD let's i hope to keep on buying from this dealer and with the two wonderful employees that made the experience one to not forget. I had heard of Criswell Honda of Germantown from various friends and coworkers and I was able to confirm all good things were true when I purchased my new Honda less than one week ago. About 2 weeks ago, my sister and I were nearby and decided to swing by this dealership simply to get some info on a new car. I was just curious to know my options to upgrade from my 2011 Honda Civic to either a newer Civic or to an Accord. When I walked in the dealership, we were greeted by Sales Consultant Dominique Vattuone. He is a very knowledgeable and professional gentleman. He took the time to learn and understand what I was looking for. He was never pushy nor was he the type of salesman we all run away from. Later that week, I came back to the dealership to test drive the vehicle with the options I wanted. Dominique and his manager Esteban Mesa worked together to learn about my needs and offered a competitive price for the car and options I selected. The numbers presented fit within my budget so it was all good to go from there. Also, I chose to finance my car loan with Honda as their interest rate was competitive and offered good incentives as well. Overall the financing process ran smoothly and was very well managed by Finance Specialist Sean Egnew. I think it took about 30 minutes to get all the paperwork signed and done. Finally, Domique escorted me to my new vehicle and, even though it was passed the dealership’s closing time, he was still very patient to show me the car again, especially so I know where the key buttons are located so I may drive my new vehicle home safe. Overall, I had a great experience doing business with the staff at this dealership. In today’s environment, it is very hard to find a good and honest people. Therefore, I appreciate good customer service and I will certainly come back to work with this dealership for my future vehicle purchases and will make sure to refer Dominique to all my friends and family for his outstanding service. More

Thanks to Dominique, Estaban and Victor for all the excellent service, attention to detail, and very competitive pricing. I found the wasps nest in the engine compartment, attached in part, to the radiator...most likely because the wasps wanted a warm dry place for their nest. I drove the car back to Criswell Honda to show the wasp nest to Estaban because I did not think that anyone would believe me if I simply described verbally what I discovered. We LOVE the car and have named all of the wasps....Judy, Hank, Loretta and Tommy. We lowered the windows and let them all out as we drove home. No problems.... Best Regards to you all, Bill More
