We wanted a scarce black 2013 Accord. We went through the Costco Auto Program and found Criswell as a participating dealership. Dominique emailed me within 24 hours and offered his assistance. Once we were able to narrow down a window of purchase time, Dominique told us the hours he was working so he would be available to meet us. Once we arrived at Criswell, Dominique was professional, friendly, and forthright. He did not give us the 'typical' salesperson wheeling and dealing approach. He could tell we were a bottom line customer and made the car buying experience better. Dominique offered us beverages while he retrieved the vehicle for us to test drive. He continually communicated with us what was happening and going to happen next in the process. Jessica Baum handled the final financial aspect of the purchase. She was able to meet our needs without being overbearing as some salespeople typically are. The only negative I have about the experience was the time it took; we arrived at 10am and left around 2:30pm and would have been there longer going over the features of vehicle and maintenance but we were pressed for time at that point. We intend to purchase another Honda within the next 6 months or less and will DEFINITELY being going to Dominique. More
