I purchased Odyssey in August of 2011. This guy was telling me what a great deal i was getting. Now the same model goes for $2,500 less (it is more than 8%) Is milk in the store 8% cheaper than in Augu telling me what a great deal i was getting. Now the same model goes for $2,500 less (it is more than 8%) Is milk in the store 8% cheaper than in August. NO!!!. I know they took advantage of me and they have no remorse. So before you buy - you have to know that it is not the best price. It is never the best price with this guys. I will buy my next car from different dealer. More

I had the best experience with Dominique and Criswell. I had all my discussions/negotiations with Dominique before coming to the dealership. He gave me the best price and also matched every other accessory had all my discussions/negotiations with Dominique before coming to the dealership. When I went there, it was past 6.00 and Dominique had already a few customers in hand. But, at no time, did I feel unattended. He was warm, friendly and answered all my questions with patience. He stuck to every little detail, which he promised over the phone, and there were no unwanted negotiations, no false schemes and no additional costs. He made the paper work very simple too. When I mentioned that I didn’t have a ride to the dealership, he was willing to pick me up. All the formalities ended at 10.00 in the night. So he also personally delivered the car to my residence. If you are looking for a dealer, who can offer you the best price and that too with no fuss, no sales jargons, and no games, you should go to Dominique. More
