Most Excellent Experience. Treated with respect and dignity Stopped by just to look at inventory, wound up buying 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. The price was fair and reasonable to both ourselves and H of B. Part of the deal was a set of floor pads. H of B obtained and shipped in a short time, however, we never received. UPS showed as delivered but no package on porch. H of B stepped up, ordered another set which delivered quickly and on our porch. Same day as 2nd set appeared, 1st set was also delivered. Seems 1st set was actually delivered to a transposed house number and UPS was in too big of hurry to notice. We've returned the extra set to Jerry Droz and his manager. Kudos to both for service with a smile and going the extra mile. We recommend Honda of Bartlesville to anyone within earshot. More

I was very pleased with Jason Carter (5 stars as he is not listed yet for this dealership) and Charles Carpenter. Jason did a test drive with me and answered every question I had. And when I did decide to purchase, Dominykas got me in as soon as he got a chance instead of making me wait any longer and was able to get me in sooner. I wasn’t as impressed with Josh Matney and negotiating with him. Putting $10,000 down on a used car was a sweet deal for him. My last offer of $25,000 wasn’t unreasonable so only taking the pice down $500 and not going down a mere $118 was disappointing. He also mentioned that a car that was tore up would be on the low spectrum of Kelley’s Blue Book and we both know that a car like that is not even covered in the suggested retail per KBB and was not a valid point. I also found a chip in the windshield later. I had it fixed myself because I didn’t want to deal with the dealership again. I don’t regret the purchase of the car, but the negotiation experience could have been better. More

When we were able to come to the dealership, he had the van pulled up front and it was washed and ready to go. He explained everything and even asked for questions. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase the vehicle. I was the one that said we were ready. The process was fast. We went to the finance department with Dominykas and it was a breeze. He was very informative and answered any question we had. Overall our experience was amazing. This is a no pressure dealership with honest people. More
