Bogus hidden fees and no quality control on used vehicles. Wasted hours of our time during negotiation arguing bogus justifications for a mystery $3000 in additional charges that they said were f vehicles. They kept the car for two weeks to repaint the completely faded hood and roof. Them taking their time painting the vehicle is the only praise I can give them. When we were given our pickup day and time, the vehicle wasn't ready. Took the team a surprising amount of time to figure out that the vehicle was still at the off-lot body shop. They told us it wouldn't be ready until the next day. As we were getting on the highway to go home they called and said we could drive over to their offsite body shop behind the Tampa airport. The shop lobby was already closed to we waited outside for half and hour before the shop manager brought the car around. The shop manager asked if we knew about the disintegrating tint that was getting small metallic flakes all over the inside of the car. Guess he wasn't in on the scam for the $3000 tint. And seconds into getting the car on the road the low tire pressure light came on making the additional fees for something as pedestrian as nitro in the tires even more insulting. Now that the car is home we found there was already a nail in the sidewall of one of the tires and the other tire from 2016 has dry rot. These were all concerns we brought up at the time of purchase and we were assured that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected for safety. So either they do not inspect their used vehicles before sale, they are dangerously incompetent, or they simply do not care. More
