Three years ago, a neighbor and friend recommended that I speak to Mike Gero to inquire about leasing a truck. I followed his advice and was pleased with the deal I received. Three years later on June 4, 2 I speak to Mike Gero to inquire about leasing a truck. I followed his advice and was pleased with the deal I received. Three years later on June 4, 2024, I arrived at Jerry Ulm to purchase the truck I had previously leased. Armed with the Chrysler Capital payoff letter I had received the night before, and my own financing from Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) my intention was to complete the deal quickly. Lastly, I expressed interest in potentially leasing another truck in addition to purchasing my current leased vehicle. Upon explaining my intentions to Domonick Fulton, it became apparent that he did not fully grasp my requests. Despite my clear communication, Domonick proceeded to consult with finance personnel and attempted to run my credit for financing, despite my possession of a $29k check from NFCU. After nearly two hours of signing numerous documents, Domonick returned and requested that I contact Chrysler Capital for the payoff amount, despite me providing the payoff letter multiple times. I explained for a third time the Chrysler letter contained the total payoff. Frustrated, I questioned the unnecessary delays and confusion. Eventually, I was taken into the finance finalize my purchase. This is where I learned various excessive fees added to my total, including a $180 LBO inspection fee that was never conducted, I would appreciate that money back. Furthermore, the documentation fees seemed inflated based on my research. These unexpected charges contradicted the emails I had received from Chrysler Capital, for being a loyal customer had offered a $5,500 bonus cash for leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. In conclusion, I completed the purchase of my leased vehicle but opted not to pursue another lease as originally planned. Regrettably, Jerry Ulm has lost my future business. While my individual experience may not impact Jerry Ulm, I intend to share my dissatisfaction with others. More

Dominick was great. Just have issues with the dealership not sending the remainder of my checked back to my bank that I financed through. They said the checked would be sent out asap but my bank has yet heard from them. My bank has called numerous times with no success reaching anyone in the financial department.
