The experience I had at Hardy GMC was very likely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Billy Barnett went above and beyond to make the typically stressful and nerve-racking morass of buying a best car buying experience I have ever had. Billy Barnett went above and beyond to make the typically stressful and nerve-racking morass of buying a vehicle pleasant. Billy had no problem dealing with my very particular and demanding requests and went so far as to be available to me late at night and even when he was off. It is very clear why Billy Barnett has spent the last 24 years selling cars, because he understands that the process is about making the customer feel as good after the purchase as they did before it. Like Mr. Barnett, Don Baines tolerated my numerous questions with great patience and worked with me to strike a deal that we found mutually beneficial. I felt more like a friend than a customer, and Don worked hard to get me a deal that left me feeling like I was satisfied with the transaction. Natalie connected me with Billy Barnett, and by doing so was the perfect liason between the unknowing consumenr and the educated expert. By being a conduit to individuals like Don and Billy, Natalie quickly realized what I needed and got me there. I was not a number to her, I was a friend, and she treated me as such. Overall these fine individuals did their jobs with such expertise and aplomb that they should not only be commentded, but these should be monitarily rewarded for their excellence. From the time I entered your property we were met by a member of your 'team' almost immediately. I had been given Don Baines name by a good friend from my church. I was greeted by him in a timely manner considering he was working with several people on different phases of sales. He asked Robert Ard to directly help us in the 'shopping' process. I could not have been more pleased with his manner and personability. My daughter was with me in this process and they took her under their wing and treated her as a friend.
