Alot of times the salesperson will tell you a tech will explain everything to you. I love it when the salesperson knows the product they are selling.! Purchase of CPO GLE experience I recently purchased by GLE for my wife from Don Bonura, RBM at Sandy Springs. It is my second family Mercedes Benz purchase. Overall transaction to I recently purchased by GLE for my wife from Don Bonura, RBM at Sandy Springs. It is my second family Mercedes Benz purchase. Overall transaction took less than two hours. Don and RBM team stayed over 7:00 PM on my request to help me close the transaction to my full satisfaction which allowed me to take the vehicle home on a Tuesday prior to my business travel. Ashley Ahern, walked us through the functioning of the vehicle and communicated on a regular basis post sale and closure. Thank you to the RBM at Sandy Springs for excellent customer service. Sent me back to my original deale I have owned 3 Mercedes GLs and an E350 convertible in the last three years. I was in the process of ordering our 4th GL(S) and sent requests to all I have owned 3 Mercedes GLs and an E350 convertible in the last three years. I was in the process of ordering our 4th GL(S) and sent requests to all of the Atlanta dealers. My previous GLs came from the sister store in Alpharetta and the convertible from Buckhead. Because there are some specific configs that my wife wants we need to custom order. My email for RBM Sandy Springs went to Don Bonura. He asked where we bought our other GLs , I said RBM North his email back was we hand nothing like that in stock go back to your other dealer. No attempt to win the business, no numbers. NOTHING. Appalling. I now know I will never need to visit this dealer and they're only a stones throw from the new MB North American HQ Even they seem to admit the Alpharetta dealership is better and you should go there instead. ( Yes I know it's the same owners) Do yourself a favor and go exit 12 and pass this mess by entirely. In regard to the other dealers, I didn't connect with Atlanta Classic ( my own timing nothing to do with them), Buckhead wasn't price competitive and Marietta wanted a $10k deposit to order. Total Commitment Don, and the entire RBM Team, including Management, Product Specialist, and Service Department, are exceptional. Don patiently, with no pressure, got Don, and the entire RBM Team, including Management, Product Specialist, and Service Department, are exceptional. Don patiently, with no pressure, got to know me and understand my needs and interests. He presented numerous great cars and ultimately found me the "perfect car", a C63S.
