My first Audi was a 2006 A4. I have been an Audi owner ever since! The cars are great, the service has always been the best, and seeing Audi leading the industry with new design, technologies and more - I decided to join Audi 8 years ago. Today I enjoy assisting new clients, families and friends. I visit with my previous clients returning for service, and shopping for new Audi models as they also enjoy their great cars. good except for long wait in financing It was an odd transaction as I live in Ohio and was coming out to buy a car that our friend had just turned in off lease. I financed the transaction with my bank in Ohio in both my name and my wife''s name. Gino did a good job. Probably needed more communication, especially from your finance department. I never talked to them before I came out and that caused confusion when I got there. I was unaware that the check I brought needed to in my name. My bank put only my wife's name on the check. The dealer wouldn't take the check and I had to have my bank issue a new check and overnight it to the dealer. My other complaint was that I had to wait an hour and 45 minuted to see the only person handling the finance department that day. I find that to be totally unacceptable. I have purchased many cars in my life and have never had to wait like that. Joyce was very efficient once I got in to see her. More
