On Friday 11/09 Joseph called me saying if we came in he would guarantee with all of the incentives Ford has he will lease us the Edge we want within our budget of $350 max a month, this would be the third time meeting with Joseph and Don. On Saturday 11/10/2018 when my wife and I greeted Joseph I told him then, if you do not do as you said lease us the Ford Edge within our budget, we are going down the street and get a Nissan Rogue. We now have a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL Premium sitting in our driveway. This is the third time (strike three) we have gotten a car from another dealer because of Malouf's sales people actions, there will not be a fourth My Hope is that all of Malouf’s Dealerships (Buick, Cadillac, Chevy, Ford, GMC and Lincoln) treat this countries Veteran’s better than I was treated. We arrived 15 min. early and were greeted by Chris as soon as we got there. He showed us exactly what we were looking for. We went for a test drive and soon after we're starting the paperwork. Ford gave us our new car the same day. And took care of all the rest of the work. Soon our new car was washed and ready to go. I have been a Ford customer for the past 12 years. My husband and I have always been treated with the best service at Ford. I would highly recommend them!! More

Yes, the car I was interested in was on the lot - and that's a good starting point - but it takes more to close deals. Bill Barton was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a Lincoln or Ford. He was easy-going, patient, respectful, and in a word, professional. If he says he'll be ready to meet you at 7pm - he'll be there. If you send him an email or leave a message, he responds. During negotiations, Bill remained open and honest, and Don Brown (one of the managers) came out once - and only once - to greet me as we quickly came to an agreement with terms including my trade value (no lengthy back-n-forth). Sam Iskander in finance was also easy to work with - he knows what's he's doing, answered all my questions, and finalized the transaction in a timely manner. If you're looking for a new or certified Lincoln or Ford, I would definitely put this place on my short list. More
