Bill Barton was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a Lincoln or Ford. He was easy-going, patient, respectful, and in a word, professional. If he says he'll be ready to meet you at 7pm - he'll be there. If you send him an email or leave a message, he responds. During negotiations, Bill remained open and honest, and Don Brown (one of the managers) came out once - and only once - to greet me as we quickly came to an agreement with terms including my trade value (no lengthy back-n-forth). Sam Iskander in finance was also easy to work with - he knows what's he's doing, answered all my questions, and finalized the transaction in a timely manner. If you're looking for a new or certified Lincoln or Ford, I would definitely put this place on my short list. More

Love Chris bought a Ford for myself in 2017 from Malouf and when my wife wanted a new car in late 2018 we first tired a Ford dealer that was closer to us (All-Am bought a Ford for myself in 2017 from Malouf and when my wife wanted a new car in late 2018 we first tired a Ford dealer that was closer to us (All-American Ford) then Malouf. Big Mistake. Glad I came to me senses and went back to Malouf and my salesperson Chris. All it took was about a half dozen emails over the course of 3 days and we had a great deal on a new Explorer(didn't have to go in and sit there for hours). Was in and out in a hour the day we went to pick up.
