I was there for some scheduled service, as well as an upgrade to my 2011 Ford Explored Ltd. My Sync. Gerry, Scott, Sal and all the techs are always top notch and did an outstanding job. They even gave me some documents that explained the benefits of the My Sync upgrade! Having just bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium from the new Grandpa Don and Dino for my son, I visited them to share our great experience with the car. We laughed about how we haven't seen our son since he got his "wings."
