But the sales closing this was a cash deal and we waited two hours to close, we were paying cash with a trade in of my 2010 RAV 4 which was not driveable. We gave ample notice when we were coming in, we should have not had to wait this long. Next I switched plates from thatcar to the new car. it is the dealerships responsibility to put on the plates. Mr. Brown took responsibility to get the plates. I told him I would come in so that they could put it on, he said not necessary and would give it to Gerry the repair shop manager who is my neighbor to bring it home to me. when I got them there was a broken screw in one of the plateswhich I could not get out. He told me to use DW-40 and I could come in another time to have it put on. Wrong answer, I do not have time. I now have to get help to do this and that is not what I am paying for. Also several conflicting phone calls were made to me as to when things would be ready. I love the car, Kevin did well, but everything else????????????/ More

Another Great Experience I've recently purchased my 4th vehicle from Malouf Ford and again I was not disappointed. My Sales Consultant was Kevin Leone, a new consultant, but y I've recently purchased my 4th vehicle from Malouf Ford and again I was not disappointed. My Sales Consultant was Kevin Leone, a new consultant, but you couldn't tell by his confidence and professionalism. I came in to check on a 2016 Ford Escape which had caught my attention, and Kevin was very through in going over the details of the car with me. Though I was very interested in that particular Escape, he was mindful to point out other models and sales options with me as well. He and Sales Manager, Don Brown, worked to get me the best possible deal. I had worked with Don Brown on two prior purchases, so I was pleased to work with him again; I felt I was in good hands.. Both were very pleasant, helpful and as always, there was no pressure. It was another excellent sales experience with Malouf Ford!!! More
