From the time starting with the internet contacts with Dana to the follow up and deal with Eddie Cooks there was no Purchased a 2015 Toyota 4Runner. From the time starting with the internet contacts with Dana to the follow up and deal with Eddie Cooks there was no pressure to buy. With our trade in value, we were at very different ends of the spectrum. So, Don Hesher, as a sales manager, sat down with us and very professionally explained their value determination. Very shortly after we were able to come to an agreement still without pressure. Our final step was obviously, financing. We worked with Bill Utnick. Bill was, just as with the rest of staff, very easy to work with, personable and offered additional products and programs without any pressure whatsoever. Very pleasant experience from all to say the least. More
