They showed a sincere interest in meeting my wife and my requirements for the Avalon that we were seeking to buy both in the specifics for the car and fairness in the negotiations regarding the final price. Presently we have a 2007 CAMRY and had a 2004 Avalon and have been very satisfied with these vehicles. I would recommend these individuals to any of my friends interested in a TOYOTA. More

Excellent service by the sales, management and finance staff Hate the process of buying a car and Regina and Chad (Eaton) made it a much better ordeal. Low pressure was an added bonus. They were very fair and worked hard to get us the best price possible. The atmosphere at this dealership was very relaxed and we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything we weren’t comfortable with. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service we received at this dealership. We got a great deal on our new Toyota 4Runner and we couldn’t be happier! My salesperson wa I purchased a 2014 1794 Edition Tundra from Fred Anderson in Charleston/West Ashley, and I was very pleased with the entire process. My salesperson was Christen Salvatico, and she was very knowledgeable/helpful on my initial visit/test drive. On my return, she was also in demand, as she was closing another deal, but she still made sure I was taken care of. I have bought cars at many dealerships in the Southeast over the years, and this experience at Fred Anderson was at or near the very top, eclipsing many so-called "luxury" brands/dealerships, especially locally. I thought the pricing was very fair, and I had a very good experience with Sales Manager Don Hesher, as well as Finance Manager Alesia Durr. As someone who had been through the process several times, these folks were very no-nonsense, and no typical "dealer games"/hard up-sells. Don even went the extra mile of having my trade-in reviewed by the local Lexus dealer, which netted me a considerably higher trade-in value. I have never had another dealer do anything like that, and I appreciated it. Christen followed up with me several times after the sale to make sure I was pleased with the truck/transaction, which I am, on both counts. I can recommend (and already have) Fred Anderson Toyota to anyone looking to buy a Toyota with confidence and an expectation of quality service. More

What Buying a Car Should Be Like I used USAA Buying Service to get a new 2014 Toyota Corolla ECO. First of all, Fred Anderson Toyota had the most competitive price. Secondly, they had I used USAA Buying Service to get a new 2014 Toyota Corolla ECO. First of all, Fred Anderson Toyota had the most competitive price. Secondly, they had the most and best reviews on this site. So I selected my vehicle on USAA and made an appointment to come in and complete the paper work. Wow! ALL the paperwork was ready to go on Mark's desk. He answered my questions and walked me through everything. Since my exterior/interior color combination Corolla was not available on the lot, Mark & Don located one in Jacksonville. Two days later I drove off in exactly the Corolla I wanted. Excellent customer service! As someone who has worked in hospitality my whole life, I have to say this was the easiest and most fun I have had buying a car. The way Benji Spivey, Chris Fitzgerald and Don Hesher made me feel from the second I walked in the door to when I was pulling away in my new car, was above and beyond. The entire staff there walks around smiling and I can see why. They truly enjoy what they do and want to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Bill Utnick in finance made it all very easy to understand and was great to work with as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for any type of car. These guys know how to make it happen. I will not buy from anyone else ever again. More
