I went in a few months ago looking for a 2015 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. After a few days of researching and coming up empty for my specs, he let me know it would be a few months until what I was looking for could be made and shipped. At no time did he try to push me into something else just to make a sale now, and even when I started to waiver and express that I might compromise on what I wanted in order to get it sooner, he urged me to be patient, reminding me that I wouldn't be as happy if did so. When the car finally came in (earlier than I was expecting) he texted me a picture of it! The day I picked the car up went smoothly and painlessly. Don and the Klaben team made sure that everything was in order. In fact, the car apparently had a very minor ding on a rear door. Rather than ignore it, they took care of it and still had it ready to go on time. Thanks again Don and the rest of the Klaben team! More

There is and will always be back and forth when you buy a car but let me tell you somthing, they did not try and pull the wool over my eyes, they are both extremely transparent and care about your car needs. From the time I got there until the time I left with my new car they were in constant communication with me about the status of the deal and I never once had to ask. The test drive included taking the car to her mechanic to be checked out. Mechanic gave a two thumbs up. Being that we were two crazy ladies alone, we decided to hold off. During this time I contacted Don Jacobs, who handled the sale for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee, for some advice. Don seemed to understand the need for safety and reliability for my elderly mother in her new car. He went above and beyond in helping us. We then met with Tim and Buddy again and purchased the car. WOW! Great team and wonderful people! More
