They took the Fear OUT of buying a new car My wife and I have not been in a dealership to buy a new car since 1990. We all have heard the stories about bad salesmen, unscrupulous dealers, and empty wallets. NOT AT KLABEN! We were treated like friends, and the price on our new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited was great. I did all the research, new what I wanted to pay, and had all my ammunition lined up. They weren't going to bully me! They didn't try, and don't work that way. Thier price was right in line with my idea of a good deal. No need to haggle, Our sales rep, Don Jacobs, was attentive, responsive, and when he delivered the car it was full of fuel, and ready to go. He spent about thirty minutes with my wife showing her all the new features she got. She is a power user with the UConnect, now! Everyone there was friendly, and they made us feel important... we even got to meet my favorite radio host while we were there. He was buying a new car, also. Thanks to everyone at Klaben for making the experience one we brag to our friends about....! More

A 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Caleb then pulled the paperwork for the 2014 and a 2015 Summit. He did a great job reviewing each option with me. Once I decided on the 2015 Summit, he found the color I wanted and presented both purchase and lease options. Brian Franklin was well prepared with all the paperwork and explained everything I was signing. I definitely refer my friends there and to ask for Caleb. More
