My experience with Emich and contacts who assisted me. I recently stopped in at Emich Chevrolet to discuss the expiration of my 2014 Chevrolet Impala lease term. I began with a quick visit with Don Mulhau I recently stopped in at Emich Chevrolet to discuss the expiration of my 2014 Chevrolet Impala lease term. I began with a quick visit with Don Mulhauser, my long-time service assistance friend (who has always given me excellent help for previous cars of the past), and he led me to the appropriate contacts in the leasing department. That began my association with Matthew Laramy, ending with the successful leasing of my new 2017 Malibu. Mat quickly became a privilege to work with, patiently addressing my needs and going beyond my expectations in assisting me. He treated my as I were the only responsibility he had and we spent a few hours together, resulting in my driving away from Emich fully satisfied. I know that should I have any future questions, (which I have already addressed with Mat), that he will devote himself to seeing that I am fully satisfied. Thanks for a good experience. More

Satisfying buying experience I went in to service with a 2007 Trailblazer that needed a new transfer box with 4 wheel/2 wheel drive problems. After diagnostic it was determined th I went in to service with a 2007 Trailblazer that needed a new transfer box with 4 wheel/2 wheel drive problems. After diagnostic it was determined that it would cost $2600 to fix. Also needed brakes for another $700. Service guy said "if you've been thinking of buying a new car, this is the time". I had given it a thought. I worked with Colt Emich who couldn't have been any nicer or knowledgeable about buying or leasing a new car. It was such a pleasant and satisfying experience. Old myths about car salesmen, and especially for women, should be banished. I felt great afterwards. Also have to mention Joel Rangel, the finance guy. Both men made this a great day. Thanks. I sure will recommend Emich and especially Colt to my friends. More
