I had my vehicle in there several times with the same issues. They said they couldn’t replicate the issues. I took it in again very upset. I had an appointment on a Monday they couldn’t find my appointme issues. They said they couldn’t replicate the issues. I took it in again very upset. I had an appointment on a Monday they couldn’t find my appointment and had my vehicle til Friday. On Thursday they said my vehicle was sitting there and they didn’t check anything. They promised me they would check everything. Still couldn’t replicate the issues. I take it home Friday and it it continued to have issues. I took it back to them on Tuesday. No apologies they replicated one issue. They told me something was wrong with the radio. But didn’t fix it. My screen keeps going black. This place is horrible. More

I have maintained my service for my 2012 Volt since I moved to Denver in 2015. The service department staff has always been responsive to my needs, has conducted all service and routine maintenance requ moved to Denver in 2015. The service department staff has always been responsive to my needs, has conducted all service and routine maintenance requests in a professional manner. I have been informed of needed repairs or maintenance, but never pressured to do any work that I did not want to undertake. More
