Super easy and friendly car buying experience I was in the market for a used full size truck and was looking all over the Phoenix area to no avail. I expanded my search to the Tucson area and the make, model, and options I wanted happened to be at Volvo of Tucson. I sent them an email via their website indicating that I was interested and Branden Hansen gave me a call to follow up on the inquiry. We talked about my possible trades and what my options were and he also sent me a price sheet with the final out-the-door price with itemized breakdown. I ended up selling my trade to a private party but Branden never once pressured me to trade it for less to him-I really appreciate that. Don't you hate it when a dealer lowballs your trade, then keeps pestering you about coming in to the dealership anyway? So many dealers did this to me while I was shopping this last time. Once I sold my trade, I called Branden to make arrangements for a viewing and test drive but it was his day off. He still texted with me and talked to me on the phone and set up everything with his colleague Don N. After seeing more than a dozen used trucks during the past week, once I saw the truck at Volvo of Tucson, I knew it was the one. Don was super friendly and accommodating and we were able to wrap up a deal in no time at all! The General Manager and Mo were both personable and friendly as well and there was no type of sales pressure anytime during the close. I drove 150 miles to see this truck and the great staff at Volvo of Tucson were able to cement the deal. I had a six and a four year old with me but there is a great play area onsite for them to keep occupied. If I am ever in the market again for a used car or a Volvo, I would keep this dealership at the top of my list-no regrets at all and it was absolutely worth the long drive. More

I took a few days researching, and discussing with others and never once made the appointments scheduled w Don, but he never left me hanging I always got a response before and after his scheduled shift (he didnt have to reply off the clock but did). I could have certainty purchased at several other company my best friend works at jim click for over 10yrs CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE BEST, and I did get great deal 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😀 An added bonus the finance manager did not pressure he did rebuddle but accepted no and was really really fun. Great experiance at volvo More

Don and Manny let my family and I look at the vehicle and test drive it as much as we wanted too before purchasing it. My Ford Explorer was cleaned and ready to go on the day of pickup. He knew that a Volvo wasn't going to be the most practical purchase for us. (Husband, 2 boys, & a dog). So he checked his lot for what I needed, within the price range I was looking for. He found us an amazing Acura MDX (with a 3rd row!!!!!!) We came to see it & fell in love!! He passed us into Don Niles & Tony K. They made our situation seamless! Scott was also great & was not pushy at all! The team of Sales & Service is the best in the west! Thank you guys for everything & Garret for always being there & so trusting! I love you guys!
