They finished the work quickly, and the pricing was very fair. It is hard to find an honest mechanic shop, but this Ford dealer has definitely earned my trust and repeat business! 5 stars!" More

I've been here before and will return, I only take my truck to the Ford Dealer. However, when you schedule your vehicle for a time slot there is an expectation this is providing Technician capacity to pe truck to the Ford Dealer. However, when you schedule your vehicle for a time slot there is an expectation this is providing Technician capacity to perform the work. It took 1 hr and 45 min to do a standard oil change, period. Most dealerships offer a "Fast lane" for work like this but not here. The wait was very disappointing. More
