I felt that Don went way beyond what I expected a salesman to do. He stayed an extra 4 hours just to complete the deal. This was the best experience I have ever had buying anything. I will not go anywhere but this dealer. More

Our family recently grew with the addition of our newest son; therefore, we needed more room in a vehicle. After researching different minivan makes and models online, we determined the Honda Odyssey was w son; therefore, we needed more room in a vehicle. After researching different minivan makes and models online, we determined the Honda Odyssey was what we wanted. Our wish was to purchase used, so we began our internet search of dealers in the St. Louis area and the Metro-East in IL. Online, Bommarito Honda showed 2 minivans that we were interested in. After arrival at the dealership, I met with Don and he informed me that our first choice was recently sold. So, he suggested I test drive our second choice. The test drive was with freedom and no hassle. Later that evening, my wife returned with me to the dealership. She was greeted by Don and had an opportunity to drive the van. We were definately interested and willing to purchase this vehicle. We were not pressured at any point. Don negotiated a good return on our trade-in vehicle. During the financing process, Jason was able to research and find us the best possible finance option that suited our needs. During the "number crunching", he and Don worked as a team to get us the best possible deal to our benefit. After considering different combinations of interest rates, down payments, and trade-in values we were able to get the financing where we wanted. We also received an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty that cannot be beaten as it is refundable if no claims are made. We were out the door that evening extremely happy, comfortable, and confident in a quality vehicle. The customer service was top notch, catering to us. The quality of work and efficiency related to the deal was extremely helpful and beneficial. Everyone here was more than friendly (after return from a test drive and after transferring contents from our trade-in to our new vehicle, two different porters even greeted me with kind words and a smile). Satisfaction can only describe our overall experience as we truly believe that we got the best, absolute best, possible deal on our 2010 Odyssey. Finally, the price could not be beaten. We did hours worth of research and spent a day visiting other dealers. For the Odyssey of our year, trim level, features, and mileage, the price we paid was the absolute lowest around. This is the 8th vehicle my wife and I have purchased. This was the first time where we left a dealer with no regret or worry that we didn't get the absolute best deal. After the deal was over, upon our departure, Don sincerely thanked me for my military service. As a veteran of Iraq, those words meant a great deal to me. In sum, we would definately do business with Don and Jason and Bommarito Honda again. Likewise, we would definately recommend these two individuals at this dealership to anyone pursuing a vehicle that they have for sale. More

Don immediately greeted us upon our arrival at Bommarito. He was able to quickly look up the car we were looking for and provide us with all the other options within our price range. He was very efficient and friendly the entire visit. Don offered to go on the test drive with us since my father and I were unfamiliar with the area. He was not in a hurry and made sure to address all our questions and concerns. While signing the contract and negotiating price Don seemed very transparent and trustworthy, a characteristic not always excepted from a sales representative. I left that evening with a new (used) car that I love and I was very satisfied with the deal we received. My father and I both felt that we received a very fair price. More

He stayed late so that we could return when we were done with work and had all of the financing ready and even had the car detailed and buffed for us.
