As I drove I was concerned I was being lured up on discounts that would not be available to me upon arrival. Upon arrival I met Hasel and salesman Don Weiland both guaranteeing the listed price. Used car manager Bob Julius then gave me a truly fair price for my trade. I signed the paperwork with finance manager Bob Kukwa and it was a done deal. I listed the people I dealt with by name because they should be recognized for an outstanding job. At no time did I feel pressured or irritated. All were very personable, friendly and eager to help. I actually enjoyed my day talking with them and can't say enough about the professionals they truly are. I will definitely being driveing the three hours on my next vehicle purchase. Slightly disappointed the original vehicle we picked out was no longer available even though their website said it was even well after our purchase of this vehicle. We were happy they were able to work with us even with my husband being out of town, however the finance person needs to understand that no means no when pushing for the "extra" coverage options. We understand that it is his job to sell these options, but my husband told me what options he wanted no matter what and nothing else. I related these acceptable options to the finance officer, but he would not take my word. Instead my husband had to take time out of his busy schedule, while out of town to call and make his wishes clear. For this reason alone, I myself will not deal with the financing here without my husband present again as I feel my word was not respected. More
