Pretty Crappy Experience. ... So I was shopping online with autotrader.com and saw what looked to be a newly traded in GLC 300. I placed an request online on this specific car ... So I was shopping online with autotrader.com and saw what looked to be a newly traded in GLC 300. I placed an request online on this specific car to check the availability. I live in Burleson which is south of Fort Worth, so it's a two hour drive in traffic just to get there. In the morning I received an email from Don Yancy that the vehicle was still available. I then received a text from Nestor Frias and he confirmed via text that the car was still available. I then called and told him I would be driving 2 hours through traffic to come see the car in person but I was planning on buying it if it was as advertised. I asked if he could pull the keys and hold the car for me while I drove there. He said that he would pull the keys and have the car pulled up front and that if anyone came to get the keys from him that he would text me to let me know. So I loaded up in the car and drove straight there. When I arrived two hours later (no text during this time) I walked in and was introduced to Nestor who said his other appointment was running long and that he would have me work with Bruce Hultman. Bruce took me out front to the vehicle which was not the one that I sent a specific lead on. I told him no this is not it. I was looking for a Black GLC 300 not a silver ML 350. He said ok no problem let me get the correct car pulled up. Waited and then he said let's jump in the car to go drive around for 15-20 minutes trying to find the car on the lot. Came back to the office for him to go talk to his manager and find out it might be sold but he would double check. Wait, no it's not sold they have the spare key so we go back out driving the lot pressing the spare key fob panic button in hopes that the horn would go off. After another 20 minutes of driving around and not finding the car we go back in to the office to only find out that the adjacent Ewing Mercedes store "sold" the car not the same day, not the day before,not two days before, but yes you guessed it 3 days before I even placed a lead on the car. The worst part about it all was that the used car manager wouldn't even get up out from behind his desk to apologize. He sends poor Bruce Hultman who was the unfortunate soul that had spent his last hour running around the lot for nothing to get paid nothing to deliver the bad news. So it's now 2:21 am when Ewing's data inventory system should have updated their website and auto traders website and removed "sold" vehicle from their website but no, as attached pics can show you it's still up and showing "Very Clean" and still available. Not to mention whoever actually bought the GLC 300 was not provided the $500 second key, another blunder. I would avoid this place for sure. Update: Two days later after unsubscribing from emails still getting emails from Don Yancy that the GLC 300 is still available. Unbelievable More

Ewing Buick knowingly sold me a used 2020 Nissan Frontier pickup that with an ACTIVE STOP SALE safety recall from 9-12-2022 Recall R22B1 which included 2wd vehicles. VIN# to check my facts is 1N6ED0EA3LN7109 pickup that with an ACTIVE STOP SALE safety recall from 9-12-2022 Recall R22B1 which included 2wd vehicles. VIN# to check my facts is 1N6ED0EA3LN710980. They sold me this truck on January 6th. The vehicle was totaled on January 9th just 3 days later. I had NO IDEA it should not have been sold. I was unable to explain to the police, my daughter, my wife, or her family how the accident happened since i was asleep trying to stay warm with the engine running, transmission in park, and the parking brake applied. I was left with nothing, no place for shelter, no food, and no way to get my personal belonginings since my truck was on private property of her sisters and they all BLAMED me for the accident. Since I could not give a satisfactory explanation as to how the accident happened my wife sent a message on Jan 13th telling me i am a liar and she is leaving me and divorcing me. My 16 year old daughter told me to never contact her again because I was just lying and wished I would tell the truth. I contacted Finn Ewing the owner but he is out of the country and cannot be bothered with such a petty claim. I contacted the GM and was basicly blown off and told it was my fault. He did however acklnowedge the Safety Recall from 9-12-2022 that still has not been fixed but DENIED it was a STOP SA:LE recall and a FEDERAL VIOLATION to sell, rent, use, drive, or do ANYTHING until the recall is fixed. Ewing Buick is trying to brush me off because I dont have the money or backing to sue. they think. I still have lost everthing in my life, my wife, my daughter, my apartment, now my income, shelter, food, everything is gone thanks to Ewing Buick. We have been shopping for a car for 8 months, so we have experienced many different salesmen and dealerships. We have had some awful experiences, however Ewing Buick GMC was the easiest and best experience experienced many different salesmen and dealerships. We have had some awful experiences, however Ewing Buick GMC was the easiest and best experience I have had at a dealership in 15 years! I would and have highly recommend already this dealership, from quality, negotiation, buying and finance! 10 out of 10!!!! More
