If you are looking for a dealership that genuinely values your time, operates with absolute transparency, and treats you with professional respect, look no further than Ewing Buick GMC in Plano. My car-bu your time, operates with absolute transparency, and treats you with professional respect, look no further than Ewing Buick GMC in Plano. My car-buying experience here was exceptional from start to finish. I conducted the entire initial negotiation via email due to my busy work schedule, and the communication was flawless. Unlike the high-pressure tactics you normally find in the car industry, the team at Ewing listened to my questions and provided direct, honest answers immediately. I want to give a massive shoutout to the specific team members who made this deal happen: * Collin Willits (Sales Consultant): Collin was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating over email. He personally went out to the lot to verify the vehicle's condition, confirmed the key fobs, and even checked the window tint for us before we made the drive out. He made sure the car was pulled up and ready the moment we arrived. * Jerry Ernst (Sales Manager): Jerry runs a straightforward, fee-free operation. He respected the market research I brought to the table, honored their transparent pricing model, and worked with us constructively on a physical inspection item to finalize a phenomenal out-the-door deal. * Austin (Finance Department): Reviewing the final paperwork with Austin was a breath of fresh air. He presented our warranty options clearly but with absolutely zero pressure, keeping the process quick, smooth, and entirely stress-free. Ewing Buick GMC has earned a lifelong customer. They proved that buying a car can actually be a respectful and pleasant experience for a family. Thank you all for the outstanding service! More

My experience with this dealership’s service department was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After picking up my truck from service, I discovered damage on the passenger door that was not visibl was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After picking up my truck from service, I discovered damage on the passenger door that was not visible in the dealership’s own pre-service inspection photos. When I brought the issue to management’s attention, I expected a professional investigation. Instead, I was met with excuses and dismissal. The service manager, Pete Mueller, told me the dealership’s photos were too low quality to prove anything. However, those same photos were taken by the dealership to document the condition of my vehicle before service. When I pointed out that the damage was not visible in the dealership’s before-service photos but was clearly visible in my timestamped photos taken after pickup, Pete dismissed it as a “difference of opinion.” What made the situation even worse was the contradictory explanations I received. First, Pete claimed the damage looked old and not fresh because there were no paint chips. Then he suggested that because I had possession of the truck for about an hour after pickup, I could have caused the damage myself. Those two explanations directly contradict each other. Either the damage is old, or it happened after pickup—it cannot reasonably be both. Rather than taking ownership of the issue or conducting a fair investigation, it felt like the goal was simply to come up with reasons to deny responsibility. At no point did I feel that my concerns were being taken seriously. This experience completely destroyed my confidence in this dealership. Between the damage to my vehicle, the refusal to take accountability, and the contradictory explanations I received from management, I cannot recommend doing business here. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers and stand behind their work. Based on my experience, this is not one of them, and I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Very disappointed with the service and warranty they offered. Spend a lot of money on a new truck AT4 new and pay for extra warranty protection for nothing. Taking the truck back for service many times offered. Spend a lot of money on a new truck AT4 new and pay for extra warranty protection for nothing. Taking the truck back for service many times and still paying for service and parts. It’s ridiculous after spending that much money on a poor engineering truck design. More

Just don't. We sat down to talk about the numbers, and he showed me what the total cost was. After discussing this he wanted me to give him a number that it would take for me to buy the car. Not an uncommon practice but i told him i didn't want to give him a number I just simply wanted to know what they were willing to sell the car for. He seemed frustrated i wouldn't give him a number but walked off. This is were it got COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Jerry the manager walked over and sat down and said so you dont have a number in mind and then he said then the price of the vehicle is my best number and started laughing and reached out to shake my hand and said have a good day. His demeanor was very condescending and as he was walking away he told me if I came up with a number let him know and then we can do business. Let me just say if you want a dealership that talks themselves up and acts like this then go ahead but Jerry was completely unprofessional in my opinion, and he could have presented the same information but not been condescending and laugh at us as a family sitting there with 2 kids. Just find somewhere that will treat you and your family with respect. This isn't it. Even my daughter that was sitting there asked what just happened because of how rude he was. More

Overall end result was pleasant but it was a little bit of a headache to get there. Car was online but was not ready to sell when we looked at it. Then when it was “ready” it still had issues. The “upside” of a headache to get there. Car was online but was not ready to sell when we looked at it. Then when it was “ready” it still had issues. The “upside” was that the manager listened to our complaint and made it right. More
