Johnny helped fill out paperwork for us, all we had to do was sign as each page was explained. He allowed us to test drive a couple vehicles until he got us the truck we wanted/needed at a decent price with financing that worked with our situation. I think Juan did finance paperwork with us, he was quick but didn't make us feel rushed. Will definitely recommend Gateway! More

Fast is smooth and smooth is quick. That was my experience I was looking to trade in my older suburban and contacted Dwayne at Gateway where he found me a brand new Z71. He was able to knock a lot of $ off the selling price using a variety of rebates. The 2019 Z71 4X4 suburban he sold me was impeccable and included the regular factory warranties plus 5 years of additional warranties that will cover almost any repair needed for the next 5 years. The overall experience maturity and patience Dwayne showed made the whole process so easy to deal with. He appraised my trade in and I got a fair return for that. Like Pulling Teeth!!! When this dealership could not do a trade for 2018 SS Camaro I went to another dealer and made the deal. I cancelled my Service Plan and Extended Warr When this dealership could not do a trade for 2018 SS Camaro I went to another dealer and made the deal. I cancelled my Service Plan and Extended Warranty with this dealership over a month ago; at the time of cancellation their system was unable to advise me as to the refund amount and they would have to get back to me with that as well as the ETA of refund. I have called and left messages twice in addition to my original visit with Finance and have yet to hear back from anyone at this dealership. I am very unhappy with the lack of response and will NOT recommend this dealer based on my experience!!! More

I noticed he was well groomed and had great people skills which made my visit very comfortable. Alfonso was well read on the car i wanted and was able to answer all my questions and demonstrated the vehicles abilities during my test drive. the sale was completed in a very short period of time and he was always available to update me on the process I would highly recommend alfonso to anyone wanting to buy a car and i feel the dealership is very fortunate to have such a qualified employee Gary and Linda Anderson More
