I have been to a lot of car dealerships, and even briefly worked at one, and nothing can compare to the treatment at Mercedes. He was incredibly responsive—even taking my call before the dealership officially opened—and provided the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service you would expect from a luxury brand. The entire transaction was simple and seamless. Don had all of the paperwork prepared before I arrived, so I was in and out with my new car in about 30 minutes. The price was fair, there were no surprises, and the process was efficient from start to finish. Just as importantly, Don followed through on every commitment he made and checked in multiple times after the sale to make sure everything was going well. The finance team was also professional, efficient, and easy to work with, making the final steps of the purchase just as smooth. Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the quality of the vehicle and the price I paid. If you’re looking for a dealership that values your time, delivers exceptional customer service, and stands behind what they promise, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted and Don LaPorte.
