We visited the dealership without an appointment and were guided to Mitchell Wolf, Sales Consultant. Mitch has excellent product knowledge and led us to selecting the GLC 300 locating a new vehicle (meeting our specifications) that was still at processing center. Mitch also negotiated with local vendor for installation of a trailer hitch. Working with Mitch was the most positive experience we have had purchasing a new vehicle. His sales manager, Doug Horner was equally polite and professional in helping us. The product expert checking us out was very helpful and professional although we cannot remember his name.
