We apologize for your experience and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention allowing us to look into this further. We worked the deal ahead of time as you requested due to being out of town. We answered all questions and provided the service reports you requested. You asked about financing upfront, so we submitted your credit application and presented you with the BMW FS approval. That approval was then sent to you, both in writing and explained during a phone call with Finance. We also stated we would ultimately need to inspect your trade-in vehicle once you arrived, same as you had the right to inspect the vehicle you were purchasing. Once we inspected your trade-in, we honored the Carfax value we originally presented to you. We have no notes of brake pulsation at any time nor was it mentioned after test driving the vehicle before purchase. Once in finance, we went back over all numbers and approval before you signed any contracts. You were provided copies of the signed contracts for your records.

Update- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER Just had a flat tire, usually no big deal. Go to the trunk, pull out the tow hook and the lug lock. Ohhh - there empty - again cant happen on a CPO BMW. If you want a picture I can provide that. Do your self a favor, buy your BMW from a reputable source, cant just rely on the BMW network to get you to a decent dealer. shame.

Bryan did not go over any thing about what I was being charged. he just want to charge me extra money each month to have my car washed and oil changed. Had to go back to get my sale papers. Found I was charged for extra stuff that was not told to me. The price I agreed to ended up costing about 2000 Dollar more than I wanted. Process took so long and learned nothing. He put papers in an envelope and when I got home ,sale papers were not there. Have to say I did feel scammed. Love my car, but he should have gone over the sale with me.

Our market based pricing is explained online with our inventory. We try our best to make it clear to each of our customers through our base statement, that we rarely discount the price of vehicles because of live market pricing. We eliminate the back and forth negotiating by making sure we have some of the best prices in the market, the internet does the negotiating for you, so to speak. You may pay more somewhere else with the illusion you are getting a better price just because you were able to negotiate. We provided Carfax and market report showing we were the lowest priced vehicle with relative miles. We offered to pay for another key but because we are not a Honda dealer we informed you that you would need to order from Honda. We hope you can accept our sincere apology and please know that it is never our intention to have any of our customers feel less than satisfied with their experience.
