I have been servicing my 2016 Mazda CX-5 at Werner for 4 1/2 years. All the service writers are friendly and attentive. The mechanics are conscientious and provide excellent, transparent service, emaili 1/2 years. All the service writers are friendly and attentive. The mechanics are conscientious and provide excellent, transparent service, emailing you a video of their walkthrough as they do their "full circle inspection" of the vehicle. This walkthrough alerts the customer that either a maintenance item needs immediate attention or an issue may develop and should be monitored. Werner has not recommend repairs that are not needed to me ever. Werner employs honest and attentive employees, which truly put the customer's needs first. If something goes wrong, they are considerate and actively make it right for the customer. I highly recommend Werner Mazda for all your servicing needs. I will write a subsequent review of the sales process at Werner when I purchase a vehicle from them. More
