Own two Mazdas. Brought both in for annual inspections, oil change, etc. I've always rated dealership in past with 5 stars. Dylan took the extra effort to explain a mechanical issue, listened to my concern oil change, etc. I've always rated dealership in past with 5 stars. Dylan took the extra effort to explain a mechanical issue, listened to my concerns and quickly solved a problem that concerned me. His follow up is impressive. Tucker Tripp was great. I appreciated the polite way he contacted me, and followed up. He offered his help, sent pertinent information, and stayed in touch, although it took me several weeks to move forwar contacted me, and followed up. I decided to go ahead with the purchase with him because of those reasons and the initial follow up from the sales manager. Plus, I looked up the ratings of the dealership. Tucker was great helping me get comfortable with the ins and outs of my new CX5 before I left with my new Mazda, and offered his help if I got stuck with the technology in the car🙄 Jay, the finance manager, was helpful as well. Now for the cons...they thought the car was on the lot, and it wasn’t, so they said it would be ready the next Tuesday, four days later. Then Tucker texted and said the car was there, this was Saturday, but I didn’t get the text till late. After dropping the ball on my part on Sunday, I finally picked up my car on Monday. While that was inconvenient, it wasn’t that big a deal. The car is great so far!! Hey! Tucker Tripp isn’t listed below!!! What’s up with that? More
