3 hours for an oil filter lube and safety check We arrived at 1000 for our service on my 2017 G80 with 10,000. It took over 3 hours to complete. The map system could not be updated, the TPS Reading We arrived at 1000 for our service on my 2017 G80 with 10,000. It took over 3 hours to complete. The map system could not be updated, the TPS Reading was flashing 29 front and 29psi rear when we arrived and was flashing when we left, I did not discover that till I was on Rt. 202 South Bound too late to return. No valet car was offered !!.. When I purchased this vehicle I paid up front for these services OFL/Safety check Valet Service and Map up date. 3 Years 36,000 miles. With the TPS flashing I now wonder If all or any serves were done and done properly. Car Wash. My vehicle sat outside while a new Sonata was being detailed adding to the wait time, later I observe that vehicle was placed on the showroom and reviewed by the sales associated and information was given out(11 Items were added to the 2020 does anyone know what they could be.) Training is good, however Dealer over Customer is a poor business practice. More

Disappointed this time Basically went for lube and oil change. While there Elias said I needed an alignment asap although he had done one just about 3000 miles previously. Basically went for lube and oil change. While there Elias said I needed an alignment asap although he had done one just about 3000 miles previously. When presented with that information, Elias changed his mind about the tire wear which he then said was now minimal. This did shake my confidence in the ability/honesty of Elias who represents the service department. Other than this incident, I have been pleased with Colonial Hyundai. More

Great service I love the online scheduling. I went on a Saturday and stated I would take a shuttle. Unfortunately on Saturdays they do not have a shuttle but they w I love the online scheduling. Unfortunately on Saturdays they do not have a shuttle but they were willing to give me a loaner car for the short time that they would need my vehicle. They told me that my vehicle will be ready after noon time and well were they on target. I got a phone call about 1215 and was able to pick up my car shortly after. I have just bought this vehicle back in August and I was doing the first ever service requiredBy the vehicle.
