Not happy Brake issues since last Aug. Still issues since they don't know what the grinding sound eas or is.Even after a new set of brakes & roders the grindin Brake issues since last Aug. Still issues since they don't know what the grinding sound eas or is.Even after a new set of brakes & roders the grinding was back after onley a few dayes. Almost one yr later it is now my braeking. Find it hard to believe. Had the car since 2013 orig. Neaver made a sound now 2 sets later grindi g still. Not happy. Service manager has no personality. Needs people skills. More

After calling emergency road service for assistance, I called my dealer to detail the urgency of the problem needing a new tire. The service associate i worked with immediately understood my timeline and concerns to order and replace the tire and everything was handled to my complete satisfaction in less then 24 hours. Service My wife and I had an 8 o'clock appointment for an oil change and tire rotation it was 930 until we left the dealership and my opinion It was an Exce My wife and I had an 8 o'clock appointment for an oil change and tire rotation it was 930 until we left the dealership and my opinion It was an Excessive amount of time for an oil change and tire rotation. I could have gone to a local Monroe dealer that is2 miles from my house is that of driving the 35 miles to the dealership to waste an hour and a 1/2 if it wasn't for our favorite salesmen lou No one knows how much time it would have took . Brake line snapped when pulling out after rear brake job. Recall: They mixed up my VIN no. and performed additional recall work that wasn't necessary. I was supposed to have my car back same day it took 10 da Recall: They mixed up my VIN no. and performed additional recall work that wasn't necessary. I was supposed to have my car back same day it took 10 days. They couldn't bleed the brakes because the lines were 'frozen' to the calipers and tried to force me to pay to have them replaced. Not my responsibility since the work that was being done wasn't asked for and done in error. I needed my rear brakes and rotors replaced. When I picked up the car the brakes were not functional and there was brake fluid under the car. They gave me 1/2 off the work performed, small price to pay since I could've gotten into a major car accident had I not noticed that the brakes weren't working. More

Replace Blown tire from pothole Arrived Thursday to have front tire replaced , I had road & tire insurance. Waited 4 hours to have tire replaced. Replaced at no cost to me. On Frida Arrived Thursday to have front tire replaced , I had road & tire insurance. Waited 4 hours to have tire replaced. Replaced at no cost to me. On Friday hit another pothole, arrived on Saturday to have another tire replaced. After 2 hours was told tire and wheel needed to be replaced. No wheel in stock but would be in by Tuesday. A loaner car was available for me to use. The wheel did not come in until Thursday. Picked up my Genesis on Thursday afternoon. I had car serviced (oil change, etc...). My total bill was $35 The service and attention I received from J.P. on Thursday and Donna for the Friday incident was very good, but the wait time for service was slow and the time it took for the wheel to come in was unacceptable. I have had all my cars (Azera and 2 Genesis) serviced at Colonial and even with a scheduled appointment I have had to wait a long time each and every time. More
