I delt with DONNA in Hyundai service department she was thorough and answer my questions with knowledge . Also she followed thru with ever aspect of service to me with great efficency. The icing on the cake was that she said the car would be ready at a certain time and it was waiting for me when I arrived. Definitely an asset to the department. More

Kept my car 4 days to install a thermostat. Service advisor promised car would be ready Friday, then Saturday. She never called to advise me the car wasn’t ready. I had to call her and she was Service advisor promised car would be ready Friday, then Saturday. She never called to advise me the car wasn’t ready. I had to call her and she was very hard to reach and did not return my calls. When I called Saturday I was told the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday. I sent an email to the manager of the dealership detailing my very poor experience but I have heard nothing from him. I really like my Hyundai but will never purchase one again because of my experience with the service department. More
