This was my first time ever buying Anya Kerns and Dwayne Smallwood, in addition to the sales manager and finance manager, were excellent to deal with! This was my first time ever buying a car. After emailing back and forth with Anya, we were able to agree on a price. She was very easy to deal with in getting me all the discounts she could. When I went to pickup the car, she was out of the office but arranged for Dwayne to handle things for her. He too was very easy to deal with and made sure I got the best deal I could. The sales manager called around and got me qualified for a great loan rate. The finance manager explained everything clearly and I was on my way with my new car. I was with my mom and we both commented that we felt we got a great deal and didn't feel like anyone was trying to sneak anything by us. My mom said it was the easiest car buying experience she's ever seen! I highly recommend Anya and Dwayne and Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie. More

They were very helpful in getting me a great price for my new vehicle as well as a very competitive interest rate. There was some confusion around a disposition fee that I owed and was assured that I wouldn't owe (I was surrendering a leased vehicle at the time of this purchase), but the team offered to cover half of it due to their miscommunication about its specifications. I would definitely recommend stopping by here if you're searching for a new/used vehicle. I worked with Kevin Handy (Sales) and Donna Jones (Finance), and they were great. More
