Best car buying experience of my life! I came on a very busy day when the dealership was short staffed and still received the best service I’ve ever had at a car dealership! Brian was so at I came on a very busy day when the dealership was short staffed and still received the best service I’ve ever had at a car dealership! Brian was so attentive to our needs and worked so hard to make sure we had the information and support we needed to make a decision. He wasn’t personable and knowledgeable, and more apologetic than necessary for the inevitable waiting we had to do. The next day, when I told him I had gotten a nail in the tire, he even came to patch it up! Donna handled the finance portion of our visit, and she was so efficient and friendly! She actually made the paperwork enjoyable! Even though the dealership is an hour from my home, I will definitely come to Ourisman Bowie for every car purchase in the future! More

Went to the wrong place, ended up with a great deal I'd been corresponding with someone from Annapolis Hyundai, but for some unknown reason got confused and thought they were in Bowie. So I showed up, I'd been corresponding with someone from Annapolis Hyundai, but for some unknown reason got confused and thought they were in Bowie. So I showed up, realized I was in the wrong place, but before I could head out Brian stopped me and said he'd beat their deal. And he did! Excellent service, hooked me up with an even better car than the other dealership had lined up. And Donna was wonderful with the financing, explaining all the options and helping me pick the right package for me. More
