Having worked in sales consulting myself, I always look for & appreciate good sales consultants when I find myself on the other side of the table. In my dealings with Charlie, I discovered to my delight h for & appreciate good sales consultants when I find myself on the other side of the table. In my dealings with Charlie, I discovered to my delight he was on the same side of the table as me and this is why: 1). Charlie has effective communication skills; that drives everything else. In the pre-sales discussions, including text messages & phone calls, Charlie answered each one of my questions. I found him to be proactive & that by itself motivated me to move to the next step, the commitment to drive to Schoepp Motors, fully prepared to do business. 2). Charlie was responsive to my concerns about pricing & matching the right pricing to a vehicle requiring very little repairs & was reliable in the long-term. What surprised me was how he managed to find that right vehicle for the kind of pricing I could find nowhere else. He literally met my needs on the spot! I found that astonishing & unheard of in any industry. 3). As I assessed the vehicle & how I could fit it in my budget, I was also assessing Charlie’s expertise & the words I heard him say help seal it: he has experience working for Honda. Those were the closing words for me and he demonstrated that by his knowledge & expertise in the Honda product. In summary, Charlie knows exactly how to manage his business, how to consult effectively with his customers, how to communicate effectively and how to professionally drive the sales cycle through to the closing.
