When I called Schoepp I was ready to test drive a car and make a decision that day. Matt Moll came through with a beautiful low mile 2014 Cadillac CTS and I love my car! My husband and I have been to many dealerships in the past 6 months and Schoepp by far was the best experience. Schoepp was willing to work with our budget and time frame and were very efficient in processing the sale. Everyone was helpful and the atomosphere was pleasant and relaxed. He was great; actually in the few times I stopped in I got to work with a couple staff members and they were all courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. While test driving the vehicle we found two issues with it and he gave us a document promising to fix everything asap. Donna in financing was great to deal with as well. Overall I think this was the easiest and most comfortable car shopping experience in my time buying vehicles and this is about my 10th from a dealer. I would recommend Patrick and Donna hands down anytime. More

Not the very first vehicle! It was a cold, windy day and the first day and first dealership my wife and I visited in her quest to find the "I'll know it when I see it" replacemen It was a cold, windy day and the first day and first dealership my wife and I visited in her quest to find the "I'll know it when I see it" replacement for her minivan. We were trolling the Middleton lot in our warm vehicle when TJ approached us and asked what we were looking for. After the usual banter that we were just looking and this was the first place we were looking and didn't have a specific model in mind but just some general characteristics of what we wanted and didn't want, TJ pointed us to a vehicle. The sticker price was a little above what we were hoping to spend, but he talked us into a test drive. The drive, and subsequent under hood and undercarriage inspection were promising. TJ invited us into his lair, I mean office. To make this review short enough to hold the reader's interest, I will say that TJ never pressured us. He offered information and answered questions. When it came down to dealing or walking away, I reminded TJ that this was our very first stop and the first vehicle we sat in and I just couldn't do it. Planned or not, TJ came back to his lair, I mean office, with a person who introduced himself as Doug Schoepp, owner of the establishment. Doug asked a few questions of us, wanting to know if we were interested in the vehicle in question. We said we were but this was the first one we looked at and I just couldn't do it without checking other places. With that, he wrote a number on the paperwork and asked if that would satisfy us. The answer to that was yes, yes it would. Donna made quick work of the real paperwork and that is the first vehicle we bought in 40 some years as the first vehicle we looked at. More
