I submitted the request online, the day before I went, about a car that was no longer available; however, they had not removed it the website. So, the response I received I thought the car telling me they would contact me later regarding the car was encouraging. So, right away the next morning, I received a phone call and a text from Brian. He was incredibly interested in helping me out and finding what I was looking for; inform me immediately that the car that I was looking at was no longer available, and he would be more than happy to help me find something else. When I got there, Brian was more than happy to help me and did everything he could to help me find something I liked. being relatively picky person, I commend Brian for the great job you did helping me find the car that I like that was in my price range. He went out of his way to help me get financing and to make sure that I could get the car that I really wanted. So, even though I started with a fairly bad experience, Brian did an absolutely amazing job of making sure that I left there happy and in a reasonable amount of time. He made me feel right at home and welcome despite the oops on my credit, and he went out of his way to make sure that I didn't leave there without getting what I came for. I would honestly say that Brian was absolutely amazing and made sure that my not necessarily great initial experience became a really good experience. He didn't try to BS me, he didn't condescend to me as a woman, and he treated me like a human being not just another sale. I think that if I had that experience with anybody else, I probably would have walked away and looked somewhere else, but the way that Brian treated me and the way that he made up for the not so great experience I had to begin with made up for everything. I would have to say if you're looking for a new car, go see Brian at Schoepp Motors. More

I had purchased a 2003 Camry used from Schoepp Motors in 2007 and drove it to almost 300,000 miles. I was so happy with it that I wanted to buy another one. Patrick found me a 2014 Camry LE with only 2800 miles on it for way less than new price. They made it fit with my payment goal and even provided me with a Muffin for breakfast. Then Donna the Business Manager saved me 1/2 percent on the interest because she went the extra mile to look for a better deal than what I was preapproved for. Love it! Thank you Schoepp Motors for all the great years of driving and to Patrick and Donna for the wonderful experience. I will always come back for my next car. :) More

Patrick, Brian, and Donna...a team worth working with! Originally submitted a request to have my car appraised and received a call from Brian about the car I was inquiring about. A couple days later, I called Brian back to schedule a test drive, and it ended up being his day off so he directed me to Patrick. I met Patrick over my lunch hour and didn't have a lot of time, and the car I was looking at ended up having a dead battery so I wasn't able to drive it, but arranged a time later in the day to come back. Patrick had a new battery put in the vehicle, and had it washed up. We took it for a spin...drove really nice. Went back to the office and began talking numbers. Patrick and Donna went out of their way to make me a deal I could not refuse. I would highly recommend this team, and Schoepp Motors! More

A Great Deal And Good People I'd been working with Patrick Rogalla to test drive a 2012 Highlander for a few days before my schedule allowed me to finally stop in. I'd cancelled I'd been working with Patrick Rogalla to test drive a 2012 Highlander for a few days before my schedule allowed me to finally stop in. I'd cancelled one appointment and had to delay the second. Regardless, Patrick stuck with us and I'm glad he did. I'd been researching Highlanders for weeks, and knew what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted for an excellent price. Patrick and Bud Savich treated me very fairly and they were very helpful. Their Business Manager, Donna McClearn wrapped up the finance paperwork, and she really knew her stuff. We had the deal wrapped up and drove away in our new car just an hour and a half after we arrived! Probably the most painless car purchase I've made in my 53 years. I would recommend this dealer, and specifically, this team. More

The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire drive and was able to help us make an informed decision about purchasing the vehicle. The process was so perfect and seamless, I kept thinking "where's the catch?" and "am I missing something?". But no, there were no catches and I didn't miss a thing; Schoepp Motors is the real deal. It was such a great experience overall, and I am recommending Schoepp to all friends and family in search of a great deal on a quality vehicle.
