I started out by email Patrick Rogalla about a Ford Fusion. I test drove the Fusion but didn't fall in love with it. Later that same night I drove back and showed my wife some of the cars and we laid e Fusion. I test drove the Fusion but didn't fall in love with it. Later that same night I drove back and showed my wife some of the cars and we laid eyes on a beautiful 2011 Camry LE. I decided it would be best to email Patrick back and tell him about my interest in this vehicle. He responded that same night and we made an appointment to meet the next morning. The next morning we took the Camry for the test drive and fell in love. Patrick gave me a generous trade in offer and I drove away happy with the new car. Donna helped me get everything registered and good to go for the road. She was very detail oriented and showed that she enjoys her job. I would recommend that anyone looking for used car go see Patrick at Schoepp Motors West and you'll be sure to drive away in a nice car at a great price. More

Patrick and Donna helped us buy a used Toyota 4Runner for our teenaged daughter. We did not get the run around or shifting dollar values. The experience was great. We had honest and transparent dialog over both the value of the car we were buying as well as the car we were trading. The process was very smooth. I wasn't sure what to expect when i went to Schoepp Motors. All i can say is WOW!! Friday I contacted Schoepp Motors. Patrick greeted me through email. He referred me to Kelly. I came in later that day Motors. All i can say is WOW!! Friday I contacted Schoepp Motors. Patrick greeted me through email. He referred me to Kelly. I came in later that day, about 5:10 or so. What brought me in there you may ask? I will tell you. I wanted to know how much that i needed to put down on a vehicle. Kelly helped me with the paperwork to find out what we needed to do. She then handed it to Donna in Financing. After that we went out to look at what type of vehicle we would like. This was a very cold and breezy day. So we bundled up and headed on out. We saw a couple of different options that would fit us. With my wife being pregnant we were looking at getting a reliable vehicle. So after awhile of looking around we found the vehicle. We picked the 2010 Chevy Equinox. We went back in and before we knew it, we had a car. I was very pleased to have found that out. In fact i was so happy i came back on Monday, and got another vehicle. And I am not done yet. Superb service goes above and beyond expectations. There was some things that needed to be fixed and Kelly made sure the Equinox was done. And the other vehicle is also going to be fixed as well, thanks to Patrick. Would i recommend people to Schoepps. Of course I would.They did a fantastic job. Made me feel very comfortable, and at home. Thanks again. More
